Herbs and Chakras

Consuming herbs mindfully and focusing on the intention of healing ourselves physically and spiritually, balances our chakras and can improve our overall wellbeing and enhance our energy flow. As with any healing work, it's essential to use herbs with intention, mindfulness, and an understanding of our own particular health and energetic needs.

The associations between herbs and chakras can vary among different healing traditions, so it's always best to explore and use what resonates with our own personal beliefs and experiences. To prepare, simply, steep the herbs in hot water for a few minutes, add sweeteners and we’ll have a soothing and flavorful cup of organic herbal tea.

It's important to keep in mind that although herbs & herbal teas offer many benefits, consulting with an herbalist, naturalist, or healthcare professional is important before integrating them into our daily routine, especially if we have specific health concerns or already take certain medications.
