Healing isn’t linear, but it is an intentional act.
Peace is louder than chaos once finally experienced.
Being chosen starts with choosing ourselves, daily, even if that looks differently each day.
We can be creative and disciplined. One without the other isn’t enough.
Rest is productive when we stop tying worth to exhaustion.
Not everyone deserves access to our vulnerability. Being cautious of our energy is important, vital even — not everyone deserves to be in connection.
We will outgrow people, places, and versions of ourselves, and that’s healthy. If we aren’t growing, we’re stuck.
Money flows better when we stop being afraid to ask for what we’re worth.
Consistency beats motivation every single time.
Intuition doesn’t lie & gut health is important when it comes to maintaining discernment.
We actually do owe people things, and that’s whole perspective of “I don’t owe anyone anything” sort of mentality creates distance within connection. We do owe people consideration, compassion and respect despite the circumstances.
Loving someone doesn’t mean they’re meant to stay.
Love without clarity will always feel like confusion.
We are allowed to change our minds and rewrite plans. We can always begin again.
Being alone doesn’t equate to loneliness, it means creating time to having space to truly liste to ourselves.
Our creativity is a business, not just a passion. The passion drives the business which can bring revenue and lasting results.
Silence is an answer, and effort is the real apology.
